A New Look For The Villas

It’s that time again. The majority of homes in the Villas need painting! If you have recently painted (within the last two years) please keep reading.

Your Board of Directors appointed a Paint Committee at the annual meeting in February to choose updated colors for our neighborhood. Dunn Edwards Paints was very helpful in this process and the selections have now been approved.

The stucco base color is Dry Creek (DE6122) and is very similar to the existing KohlRabi color used in the past. We hope those of you who have recently painted will consider updating the trim color and painting the architectural features.

The new color for all the wood fascia board is Western Red (DE6090). The “pop-out” features around windows, doors, and garage doors is Copper Lake (DE6103). We have included photos to show all the different accent features. Some homes have arches for accent and those with no accent features can paint the garage doors. The Board has set up a cash account with Dunn Edwards giving homeowners a discount if you choose to buy the paint yourself.

You can see the new colors on lots 88 and 41 (8716 and 8704 N Arnold Palmer, respectively). The paint contractor was Emilio Moya. Contact AME for additional information.
