Thinking About Painting Your House?

The Villas formed a adhoc paint committee, Paint Palette Committee, to research exterior paint colors and present a palette choice to the board for approval.

If you’re thinking about repainting your home in the Villas, you might consider waiting a few months as the Board is planning on expanding the Approved Paint Palette giving residents more choices than the present color scheme.

The committee members are:

• Jan DeWeese
• Maureen St Pierre
